Our client, a well-established retail chain, learned that a competitor was planning to launch a series of shops in key strategic locations, directly targeting their market. Approach

We began by analyzing the competitor’s strategy, identifying the locations they were targeting and the potential impact this expansion could have on the client’s existing operations.
